No. Our services are non-medical and wellbeing-focused, designed to support recovery, relaxation, and general wellness. They aren’t a replacement for medical advice or treatment – if you have a medical condition, please check with your GP before booking.

It depends on your goals. For a specific issue or one-off recovery (e.g. after a hard training session or event), 1–3 sessions is a good starting point. For ongoing performance support or a chronic condition, we’d recommend starting with a multi-session pack and then moving onto a membership once you’ve found your routine.
