Our Story

We are Nord Wellness. We operate a premium recovery and wellbeing centre designed around Modern wellness trends and provides recovery services. The focus is on creating a destination that feels warm, professional and welcoming to all.

We were founded in 2026 with a concept of trying to find a place to go to socialise healthily. A place where friends could get together to talk and relax; taking the time to concentrate on their mental and physical wellbeing. After we made changes to our lifestyle and habits we could see that there was not many places where people could go to socialise without it predominantly involving being in a loud environment and drinking alcohol, as for many years this has been our social norm and will continue to be for many people. We did not feel that this environment was conducive to tackling our own mental and physical wellbeing so wanted a place where friends, couples or individuals could step aside from that and have a place where they can catch up socially and use our facilities to aid recovery regardless of age or physical abilities to become both mentally and physically stronger.

Our vision has developed and we now wish to create a professional, clean, high-end wellness environment that appeals to a broad customer base, including local residents, professionals, athletes, gym users, sports clubs, wellness focussed individuals, and people looking for proactive recovery and self-care services.

The centre has now been designed to provide our clients with a clear wellness journey allowing them access to individual sessions, packages and memberships. All services will be suitable to both first time and wellness users and regular recovery customers. These services have been designed to enjoy as an individual, couple or small group basis.

Over the years, we each followed different professional paths, but one thing remained constant: our passion for living well and helping others feel their best. As we navigated busy careers, parenthood, and the physical demands of everyday life, we discovered how transformative proper recovery can be.

From cryotherapy sessions that boosted our energy to infrared saunas and breathwork practices that helped us slow down, we experienced firsthand how powerful recovery tools are—not just for athletes, but for anyone wanting to move, feel, and live better.

This shared journey inspired us to create something of our own:
 a space where advanced recovery technologies meet a welcoming, community-driven atmosphere.
